If you are an organization or group, please send us an email with the subject line “INSPIRA Manifesto” to inspira.manifiesto@deusto.es. In this message, a representative of the organization should include their contact information, as well as the organization’s logo or a photo of them signing the manifesto.
If you would like to join as an individual, send us an email with the subject line “INSPIRA Manifesto” to inspira.manifiesto@deusto.es with your first and last names, social media accounts, and a photo of you signing the manifesto (optional).

Reflect on and review the false belief that equality already exists. Learn about the data that shows that this equality does not yet exist and that there is still much work to be done to achieve it.

Publicly acknowledge that women and men have the same abilities, rights, and responsibilities, and therefore deserve the same recognition.

Raise awareness of the consequences of inequality and the need for action to prevent it, promoting a responsible and diverse scientific and technological system.

Raising the profile of women scientists and technologists, both past and present, highlighting their work and creating new role models.

Reversing social stereotypes, demystifying beliefs about gender roles; providing information about scientific and technological careers; and raising awareness of the wide range of professional opportunities in STEAM.

Promote a social and educational environment in which girls feel encouraged, capable, and recognized so that they can choose their future without constraints.

Contribute to the empowerment of women by developing actions in all areas to achieve this goal.
